How RE Funding (refunding.us) collects and uses information. Effective October 12, 2026.

Who we are

RE Funding is independent research by Danny Cox Digital, LLC, 5301 Longley Lane, Ste C81, Reno, NV 89519. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we collect

• Professional directory information. To invite licensed Nevada real estate professionals to our studies, we compile business contact details (name, license number, brokerage, business email and phone) from public sources such as Nevada Real Estate Division license records and brokerage and listing websites.
• Your study answers. What you enter in a survey, linked to the personal link we sent you.
• Visit information on personal links. When you open a personal study link, our server records the time, your IP address and your browser type, so we can tell which visits are real and recognize returning participants.
• Email activity. When we email you, we record that we sent it and whether it bounced or you unsubscribed.
• Cookies. A cookie that lets you resume a survey where you left off. We don't use advertising cookies on survey pages.
• Visitor identification on public pages. Our public pages (not survey pages) use RB2B, a third-party service that may identify a visitor's professional identity from browser and network information.

How we use it

To run and analyze our studies, invite professionals to take part, send results to participants who ask for them, keep the site secure, and follow up about our research and related professional services. Study results are published only in aggregate. We never publish an individual's answers or attribute them to anyone.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that run the site and email for us (hosting, email delivery, and the visitor-identification service above), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

• Stop emails: use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email.
• Stop texts: reply STOP.
• See, correct or delete your information, or opt out of any sale: email [email protected]. We'll respond within 60 days. Nevada residents may direct opt-out requests under NRS 603A.345 to the same address.

Retention and security

We keep study answers and visit records for up to 24 months after a study closes, then delete them or reduce them to aggregate figures. We protect information with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
