How our studies work

Nevada publishes the full list of licensed real estate professionals every month. Each study invites a sample spread across experience levels and company sizes, so results reflect the market rather than whoever answers first.

Reports show the response rate and weight answers back to the real mix of the industry. Individual responses stay confidential, and nothing is published except in aggregate.
